Description

4-bedroom apartment for rent to students on the first floor, featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms to be shared with 3 other female roommates. We are looking for responsible, tidy individuals willing to cooperate in cleaning the common areas and to be considerate of others to ensure a harmonious living environment. A security deposit equal to 2 months’ rent is required. Bed linens and towels are provided with the room and are changed every 2 weeks. Utilities (Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, and waste disposal fees) are not included in the rent; each tenant is responsible for 85 euros per month. The rent includes the building maintenance fee. We would like to draw up a student rental agreement. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the central station, the Duomo, the Fortezza da Basso, libraries, cafes, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and pubs, and well-served by public transportation, including trains, buses, trams, and minibuses. [Cancellation Policy] Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days. [Politica di Cancellazione] Il tuo 1° mese di affitto verrà rimborsato al 100% se cancelli fino a 60 giorni prima della data di inizio contratto, o riceverai un rimborso del 50% se cancelli fino a 30 giorni prima.
