It is 15 minutes walk from the rail Station of Santa Maria Novella and 20 minutes from the historical centre. In the area you can find a lot of shops. The room is double for SINGLE USE. It is only for one person. The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is monthly and it is due on the 1st day of the move-in. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover. Overnight guests are allowed for up to 2–3 weekends, with a fee of 20 euros per night payable at check-in and to be agreed with the landlady. Bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.
