Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The apartment is completely outfitted with custom-made furniture, where the warm colors of wood predominate, which characterize the parquet and the ceiling's finishing. The apartment overlooks Piazza San Martino, giving the tenants spectacular views of the roofs and porticoes that characterize the historic city centre of Bologna. The finishes are excellent and include air conditioning (split in the bedroom), central heating, wooden door frames, and double glazed windows for excellent thermal and soundproofing. The furnishings were chosen to create an extremely pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, an apartment with all the modern comforts.
